Understudy/Swing - 2025

Maddie began her dance journey at the young age of 3, exploring a variety of genres including ballet folklorico, Spanish flamenco, samba, hip hop, and cast nets, all across San Antonio and its surrounding areas. She honed her skills at Shepard Middle School, where she not only joined the dance team under the guidance of Justin Longoria but also stepped into a leadership role as the Colonel of her middle school dance team. During this time, she expanded her repertoire, learning new styles like jazz, contemporary, and lyrical.
Maddie’s dedication and talent led her to South San Antonio High School, where she tried out for the varsity dance team as a freshman and earned a coveted spot. She later became part of the nationally recognized, award-winning Dancin' Cats under the direction of Julia Alvarado, where she contributed to the team’s success. In addition to her dance achievements, Maddie also explored the pageant world, where she went on to capture the title of 2023 Miss Reina Latina Jr. Teen. Looking ahead, Maddie is excited to be a part of the 2025 Fiesta Noche Cast, where she will continue to showcase her passion and talent for dance. Maddie’s commitment to dance and leadership continues to shape her journey as she strives for excellence in all of her endeavors.
