He first encountered the show while working at a neighboring restaurant and thought to himself, "I can do better." Spoiler alert: He was right.
Since then, José Carlos has proven to be an invaluable member of the cast—not only vocally, but also mechanically. During a backstage flood last season, it was José Carlos who saved Act 2 by bravely confronting the venue’s ancient plumbing system… with a nail file. Hero.
