Loretta is extremely ecstatic to come back to Fiesta Noche del Rio for her fourth season! Born in Monterrey N.L, Loretta has loved to sing and perform all her life, and is continuing to practice her craft at Texas State University as a Vocal Performance major with a minor in Theatre.
