Veronica started dancing at the age of 2 with Michelle Hackebeil at Lonestar Dance Academy.
She then moved to San Antonio Dance Academy at age 3 to dance with her sister. Under the
direction of Rosemary Tatum, she trained in ballet, tap, jazz, flamenco, and folklorico. At age 9,
she started taking classes at the San Antonio School for the Performing Arts under the direction
of Scott Conway. When SASPA closed in 2021, Veronica started training at Katie Halls’ studio,
Alamo City Arts. She has performed in many productions with Alamo City Arts, such as Spanish
Sketches, Seis Colores de Tejas, and Animalia. In December 2022, she was able to perform as
Clara in The Nutcracker and was the Dewdrop Fairy this past December. Veronica has also
been in numerous operas with Opera San Antonio; Macbeth, La Boheme, and Tosca. Veronica
has been in Fiesta Noche del Rio since 2019 and is excited to perform in her 5th season.
